Lightning protection system inspection work as follows:
PREVECTRON Lightning Rod, Model S 6.60, S/N: 3660M121540
The lightning rod was brought down to test the upward pole. The reading was Fault, and the downward pole read Fault.
This indicates that the poles are unable to generate a charge. This is because some of the poles of the lightning rod do not generate a charge, resulting in improper performance.

Columns and Column Bases
Inspect the columns and column bases to ensure they are upright and stable.
Sling – Sling Holder
Inspection revealed rust on the sling clip. Recommendation: Replace the sling clip.
LIVA Resistance Test Box and Lightning Counter
An inspection revealed rust at the fishtail connection. Recommendation: Replace the device.
The lightning counter was inspected and found to be in good condition. A tester added one count,
increasing the count from 3 to 4 (due to quality control procedures by the manufacturer).
Ground Resistance
The ground resistance test was performed using an earth tester. The reading was 3.24 ohms,
which is within the standard range.
